“I feel very insecure and that there was hope after GE14 but due to Dr M stupidity the country has gone to the dogs.”

“No more Malaysian spirit of muhibah.” 

“I’m not living there right now, but when I was there, seeing inflation being so rampant and so little help for the people from the government was unnerving. The country is severely undervalued for its talent base yet there is no effort being done to push the country up the economic value.” 

“A sense of hopelessness to see the country moving inexorably towards a
failed state.”

“Of course not we don’t have a government just a motley crew pretending to be Govt” 

“I fell dismay and disappointed.”

“Most of us want Malaysia, when in the early period of achieving independence.”

“Good living in Malaysia - blessed with good climate and generally an uncomplaining and diligent workforce. Governance should improve, good democratic practices should be in place and the people's wishes and choice of government respected.”

“I am retired since 2016 after working hard in the oil and gas industry (reasonable salary) since 1980 and retired life in Malaysia is probably better than a lot of other countries if we put aside the Malaysian Malay Ketuanan, Daylight Robbery/Corruptions and Politics.”

Note: A majority of the respondents have left Malaysia to live abroad. I will let the comments speak for themselves.
