Amazing! Considering Confucius had no thought about no "organisation".

But then, I suppose you can say he did. That's how you can make a living out of making out Confucius left us - or at least his esteemed Western fans a bunch of English language books on organisational theories, ethics, etc etc

Confucius has suddenly come back in fashion very recently. The Commies in the CCP/CPC have run out of ideas to consolidate power as they vacate communism to become glorious capitalists. No doubt you will be hearing a lot about Confucius and his relevance in every subject and aspect of life.

I have been following Confucius and environmental issues, sustainability, and so on, sometimes I've got nothing better to do. Further, hatching Confucius as relevant to everything is going to be profitable enterprise.

Btw, Confucianism is hardly practised anywhere than Japan and Korea. Confucianism is insignificant in business practices and in organisations in Southeast Asia. Any author claiming otherwise is a charlatan, the "Confucius and management" industry is a fraud perpetuated on Asians.

Why Confuscius? He is irrelevant especially amongst the South East Asian Chinese thieves, plunderers, pimps, murderers, swindlers and drug peddlers.
