Dr Noor Hisham admitted he was aware of the risk of death from the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine before it was rolled out
A grave breach of duty of care towards Malaysians
On June 6, the former Director General of the Ministry of Health Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah was on the witness stand in a case brought against the owner of the KL Sky Clinic, Dr Roland Victor under the Communications and Media Act for uploading a video on Facebook about the Covid-19, last February 2021.
While on the witness stand, Noor Hisham agreed the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine may cause death, but this was not treated as a side effect. He claimed an autopsy must be undertaken to make that claim.
Noor Hisham went on to say the MOH didn’t list all the negative reactions that may be experienced as a result of the Pfizer vaccine on the MySejahtera application, because space was limited.
Noor Hisham continued, “We couldn’t include all (side effects) so we included the most common ones. For unusual side effects, (the public) can refer to the documents provided by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Division (NPRA) on its website”. (A question here is can a reasonable person find this information?).
During the cross-examination, Victor's defense lawyer, Ahmad Zaidi Zainal said that death is one of the possible side effects of the Pfizer vaccine, according to NPRA documents.
Zaidi: In the document, is "death" mentioned as one of the side effects?
Noor Hisham: It doesn't say death (obviously), but complications due to myocarditis.
Zaidi: Why does MySejahtera only state that the side effects of the Covid-19 vaccine are bruises at the injection site, fever for a few days and dizziness only?
Noor Hisham: We can only express the mild effects.
Zaidi: Does this mean death is one of the side effects of the Pfizer vaccine?
Noor Hisham: Yes, it is a possibility.
Consequently, the MOH, NPRA, and Noor Hisham were all aware about the dangers of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine, before they were rolled out to the public. They still chose to roll it out, even though good substitutes like the Sinovac product that was available, and in use across Malaysia.
This is a breach in the duty of care towards all Malaysians. A Royal Commission of Inquiry must be commenced to investigate the scandals that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. Funding arrangements must be fully investigated.
Tomorrow, the efforts made by Noor Hisham to suppress issues around the vaccines through the media and social media will be examined.

Being aware and still going ahead is a suicidal Decision . Being aware than he is Duty bound to Advice the Minister accordingly , worst case scenario step aside. The worst is Making a huge Bulk Purchase of Vaccines which also have an Expiry Date, that too the Taxpayer had to swallow as the Balance being Expired has to be Destroyed. The Ministry's Best Epidemiologists should have been tasked to Express their views without feeling pressured..Finally an Epidemiologist did take the Lead in handling the Matter when the Health System was tottering under the Work Load. 🙏🙏🙏
