Has Dr Zaliha Mustafa has committed treason?
She has become a scapegoat for Khairy and Noor hisham
The 1st December has come and gone. Sources indicated that Dr Zaliha was inclined to send a letter reserving judgement on the amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHRs), but career bureaucrats within the Ministry of Health convinced her otherwise.
Based on this misinformation given to her by bureaucrats, Dr Zaliha Mustafa has refrained from sending a letter to the Who Health Organization (WHO) to reject the amendments that were adopted on 27th May 2022 by the World Health Assembly (WHA). Acceptance of the amendments is inferred if there is no letter rejecting the proposal. Dr Zaliha has failed to do this.
The Minister for Health had previously misled parliament in her statement concerning the World Health Organization (WHO) International Health Regulations (IHR). In parliament on November 2, Zaliha dismissed claims that the government must decide on the Pandemic Treaty of the World Health Organisation Conventional Agreement’s (WHO CA+) amendments to the Internal Health Regulation (IHR 2005).
Zaliha said “The government’s stand with regards to the new instrument, WHO CA+, and amendments to the IHR 2005, will not be decided or objected before December 1.

Consequently, come May 2024 the World Health Organization will be able to dictate to Malaysia when a health emergency must be declared.
Malaysia will be a neo-colony once again. Some of the powers of the Agong and executive will be curtailed in favour of the Secretary-General of the WHO.
Dark forces within the MOH
Many bureaucrats are still loyal to the former Director General Noor Hisham Abdullah, who now has China’s support to become the next Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO), to replace Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, when his term is completed. Khairy Jamaluddin is still influential within the MOH and hasn’t ended his political ambitions.
Noor Hisham’s private cyber army
A whistleblower from within the Ministry of Health (MOH/KKM) has outlined the workings of a private influencing and censorship network, set up and controlled by the former Director General of the MOH Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah. This operation exists outside of government.
Both Noor Hisham and Khairy have pulled off a coup d’etat within the government. They are swinging Malaysia into the global government model as proposed by the World Economic Forum, through the UN and WHO. The WHO is using the IHRs to create a building block for this centralised authority, by making the IHRs mandatory, rather than advisories. This will commit Malaysia to certain projects and obligatory subservience on ‘matters of health’ through international conventions.

The fate of Dr Zaliha
The present minister of health Dr Zaliha is technically responsible for any consequences, as acceptance of the IHR fell under her watch.
Dr Zaliha valiantly tried to incorporate the ban on vaping in the GEG bill to parliament, but had to give into the prime minister’s will. Dr Zaliha has always been one of PKR’s straightest politicians, but may be dropped in a rumoured cabinet reshuffle very soon.
The bureaucrats within her ministry have sabotaged and ‘thrown her under the bus’ for their puppet masters.
Malaysian’s will dismiss my note as a non-factual rant. However, come any new pandemic, Malaysians will quickly realize how correct I have been.
