In 2015 PKR president and Anwar’s spouse, Dr. Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, addressed LI’s 194th Executive Committee meeting in Zurich, Switzerland where she spoke of the plight of Anwar Ibrahim who was then suffering in custody without access to urgent medical attention. The 194th EC unanimously adopted a resolution on the struggle for justice in Malaysia.
Groups that helped fight for Anwar Ibrahim’s plight have been conveniently dumped and hidden away.

No one need tell Wan Aziza anything. She is not the brightest bulb in the pack. Never was. A dentist is one thing that is neither a leader, a statesman or a politiican. If the rest of the world had to tell her what her husbands extra marital pursuits are or were, then she certainly does not deserve to be in politics.
This is a raft of swamp rats. As Nicolo Machievelli said of people like Anwar Ibraahim and others who never earned their opsition:
"Those who from good fortune only rise from mere private station to the dignity of princes, have but little trouble achieveing that elevation, for they fly there as if it were on wings, but their difficulties begin after they have been placed in that high position ....They remain simply subject to the will and the fortune of those who bestowed greatness upon them, which are the two most uncertain and variable things."
