Pfizer Vaccine contract with South African Government released to public
Pfizer warranted in the contract that the efficacy and long-term adverse effects of the vaccine were unknown
Former Australian Member of Parliament Craig Kelly released a copy of the Pfizer supply contract with the South African Government after a court ordered the contract be made public.
Craig Kelly’s Twitter (X) post is here.
The full contract with some redactions can be downloaded here.
As Kelly says, “It‘a reasonable to assumed that the terms and conditions in this contract would be very similar for every nation”.
Of special interest is clause 5.5 which states;
“Purchaser (the government) further acknowledges that the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known and that there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known.”
Politicians and health authorities were telling the public the vaccine was “safe and effective” when the purchase contract said this is an unknown. What was especially the case, adverse effects of the vaccine were unknown.
Informed consent is when a health care provider educates the patient about the risks, benefits, and alternatives of a given procedure or intervention. During the Covid-19 vaccine drives in 2021, the ability of people to give informed consent was denied, through governments hiding the facts.
