Popularity WILL become a major political factor over the coming months
Popularity is an element that is difficult to objectively measure. However, social media through “like” buttons has created a proxy measure.
The above two snapshots from Facebook indicate the dynamics of popularity will influence the destiny of the Anwar government.
The only problem is we are not sure how. Pictures tell a thousand words. MPs will factor this into what they will do in the future.
At the least, this indicates a real problem Anwar must deal with. Maybe Fahmi Fadzil can block Najib Razak’s Facebook page soon. Somehow I feel that wont solve the problem.

After 66 years, we are still a 3rd world nation in danger of losing to some African countries. The NEP is a failure. Ketuanan is an albatross round the necks of those supporting it. Everything touched by the NEP is a failure. We will end up an economic appendage of 1st world economies, providing cheap labour and be proud of it. The proposed Economic corridor in Johor is an example.
Anwar's choice of gaudy shirts may yet win him support from the plantations.
And win him converts, reverts, and perverts too.
