Was Razak Baginda acquitted because Musa Safri was not called to testify?

1. The Altantuya murder
Here are some information not known to the public. The Judge said that among the reasons Razak Baginda was acquitted of Altantuya's murder was because the prosecution did not call Najib's aide-de-camp DSP Musa Safri as a witness at any time during the trial. Musa Safri was the liason with the two UTK Policemen who killed Altantuya. The Judge said Musa Safri's testimony would have been critical to the case evidence, yet he was not called as a witness by the prosecution. No prizes for guessing why.
The Police had from very early on figured out that Razak Baginda was closely involved in the murder of Altantuya. On the night of Altantuya's murder, Razak Baginda made multiple telephone calls to DSP Musa Safri - to check on the progress of the night's events. The Police had obtained the records of all the calls that Razak Baginda made to DSP Musa Safri that night. If DSP Musa Safri had been called as a witness, this evidence would have been made known in Court and Razak Baginda would have been seriously incriminated.. Since Musa Safri was not called as a witness this crucial evidence was never presented to the Court and Razak Baginda was acquitted.
