Amazing Malaysian bureaucracy even at a freaking gate. Gatekeepers were polite, though. Maybe it's because Green man is not Chinese or Indian.
Idea to get letter accepted may be to have a bunch of Green folks hang around the gate till the letter gets through, a green wave would surely work magic.
