I suppose the B40 in Selangor will feel happy & proud about the Stadium. Coz I'm sure the B40 will support the advancement of football instead of economy in this trying times. Look at the bright side if you hungry, nothing like watching football played in your stadium to fill your stomach. Well done PMX & gang, after all who are we to break the BN culture. Cash is always king in this country.

The state want to make some money. The higher the development value,the higher is the returns to the state.

In this case, the portion of that rgt 3.28bil is probably 20% to the state. This means rgt756mil to the state. The state can use that portion of the deal to build the stadium.

It doees not take much to scratch the surface to find Chinese contractors whose fronts are Malays behind the bidding process and the fasst tracking with the likes of Born Again Christian's like Hannah Yeoh guiding the process using "Christian" principles. Its an age old problem with the Chinese anywhere in South East Asia.

we are malaysian and we are in bad situition and somemore now is unnecessary spending

this is too much and very simple.. even small kids also know what is true value to buy or spend

it obvious and simple... please dont make this stupid So Called Project

just stop and make other better development for the people Rakyat..

Rakyat already went through so much difficulty and yet still suffering

it not wise even spend money even for refurbishment

the government must have smart people or education professional

they sure know how to calculate the cost

if the Rakyat given choices to really study the real needs of stadium

that won't need those gov professional
