Journalism is about bad news.

Assange discovered that the media has degenerated into form of story telling based on Great Lies.

The journalists who are safe from being pursued and persecuted are the one who complied and obey the government for self censorship. This battle between light and darkness in the press is and old issue. Remember this famous quote from another journalist in the 1900s.

John Swinton 12 Dec 1829-15 Dec 1901)

There is no such thing, at this date of the world's history, in America, as an independent press. You know it and I know it.

There is not one of you who dares to write your honest opinions, and if you did, you know beforehand that it would never appear in print. I am paid weekly for keeping my honest opinion out of the paper I am connected with. Others of you are paid similar salaries for similar things, and any of you who would be so foolish as to write honest opinions would be out on the streets looking for another job. If I allowed my honest opinions to appear in one issue of my paper, before twenty-four hours my occupation would be gone.

The business of the journalists is to destroy the truth, to lie outright, to pervert, to vilify, to fawn at the feet of mammon, and to sell his country and his race for his daily bread. You know it and I know it, and what folly is this toasting an independent press?

We are the tools and vassals of rich men behind the scenes. We are the jumping jacks, they pull the strings and we dance. Our talents, our possibilities and our lives are all the property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes.

With the globalists in control of almost all the MSM what can the masses expect from the elites?

Except for social media such as Telegram there is still a small window of press freedom, until it is bought over by globalists - That's the story of whatsapp and youtube bought over by the globalist.

The darkness of might vs the light of righteousness shall endure for a little while more. all over the globe, in education, press, law and economy until the Creator comes to set things right. It is darkest just before dawn shines over the horizon. The father of darkness and lies shall be terminated and erased, then mankind will have a new beginning.

"... until the Creator comes to set things right."

You are at your fake Christian negative and miserable best even with your genius with speaking with other people's words, but...

Fcuking Hell, why would She be bothered about setting worldly things "right"?

You mean to say from hearing heavenly voices in your head, when the product of an impossible "virgin" birth makes his "Second Coming", journalism on Earth would be hunkydory again? And Assange might be running the fcuking Catholic Herald or some other religious propaganda outfit, wtf?

Btw, why don't you quote straight from the horse's mouth, use the Bible, some of your profusion of other people's gems of wisdom were from atheists, disbelievers and agnostics, you've been in the service of the Anti-Christ, and a hotel room No. 666 has been booked for you in Hell, my son!

The Assange case has implications that go way beyond freedom of speech for "journalists" alone. It has more far-reaching implications that go to the very heart of our democracy, integrity in government and in the profession of journalism.

Journalists as a loose term include those paid by the CIA through the NED and other noble-sounding groups like C4, Bersih, the Malaysian Bar Council and the myriad of other foreign-funded online rags that run the narratives of regime change . The same regime change that brought Anwar Ibrahim into government. The entire program of misinformation and fear mongering was funded by the Open Societies Foundation, part of the US Democratic Party's Shadow government. An unaccountable body of leftist misfits which included the Vatican, the so called Feminist movement and "Moderate Muslims"- whatever that term means-. Strange bedfellows indeed.

All of their narratives consisted of circumstantial evidence and rumour given a cheap form of credibility by many underperforming 'academics' both local and foreign. By their actions they have given ammunition to Anwar, the US, Australia and the UK to now clamp down on genuine and credible journalism which includes the likes of Assange (although I would class him as a whistle blower rather than a journalist).

Anwar will clamp down on those who backed him not because he wants to do so. But Anwar will clamp down on legitimate journalism and their publications because it will help preserve the growing anti US sentiment worldwide. He needs that to keep him in power and to preserve him from a fate worse than death if his history is revealed by a Julian Assange type. And thankfully there is more than one Julian Assange. Assange was betrayed by his government, through two of its most influential cabinet ministers Julie Bishop (former deputy prime minister) and former Prime Minister Tony Abbott.

"... more far-reaching implications.."

You missed out on your favourite subject for a great spiel, Law.

Right from the start, the charges against Assange, his arrest, incarceration, spying and pressure on him and family, the legal (or not) systems of several countries, and now, the latest bunch of slippery stuff re his present" rights" under some cunning interpretation of British law are all about Law as a whole.

True, we do have proxies, stooges, and operatives for the CIA etc in Malaysia, we don't expect them to be particularly keen on highlighting Assange's plight and all. RPK (not a fan here) was first to actively show support for Assange, and even made use of Wikileaks material...

About the CIA, it's "extraordinary rendition" flights were spotted by plane-spotters in our airport/s. RPK chose not to let through my posts about that.

My question about the torture (and death) flights would be if we have the CIA having a cushy relationship with its Malaysian stooges and proxies and usual suspects, what about our gomens' relationship with the CIA?

I agree. However, is PMX really in charge? I used to wonder why he didn't speak up more often, but I now think he doesn't really have the power to make anything happen. Socks-gate is a good example. There's so much more he could have done as PM but didn't.

More so, have we heard the US State Department etc given Anwar a mouthful about his fantasy of saving the Palestinians? About his getting chummy with China? About his support of Hamas (not that I see anything wrong with that..)

All very odd, even with our "Gift from G*d" playing stooge to the neocons and Israel for all the very long while...

PM Albanese and Sunak are both political eunuchs in the Palace of the King. If you get what I mean.

What do you mean? All the Arab countries except Yemen are "political eunuchs" too, quite a few actually actively stabbing Palestinians in the backs. Egypt and Jordan are great examples.

Then there are treacherous Muslim countries too, Turkey the greatest example, still supplying war material to Israel, eg explosives. Don't forget, Erdogan and Anwar are great buddies. Maybe there's something in these Muslims.

Otherwise, Muslims are their own greatest worst enemies.
