I assume this will NOT impact non-halal places serving pork etc and does it apply even to street / nightmarket vendors? If the later, that would end up hurting all the small street / nightmarket vendors [and especially Malay street vendors who are obviously going to be following Muslim dietary rules when preparing their food...]...

PMX must think of ways and means of enriching his supporters and cronies. Every Malay PM does it.
