Dzulkefly’s one-dimensional approach to Covid-19
There are greater health challenges facing Malaysians
Malaysians just witnessed a full press conference by the new health minister Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad, who now is taking one more media prominence than prime minister Anwar Ibrahim, and his communications minister Fahmi Fadzil.
During the press conference, Dzulkefly highlighted the rise in Covid-19 cases past the 20,696 mark last week, of 97 percent mild cases. Twenty-Eight deaths were reported. Dzulkefly also spoke of encouraging mask usage, and seniors and those with comorbidities to take Covid-19 boosters. Cases, as they are around the world are expected to rise over the coming weeks, coming into the holiday season of this mild version of Covid-19.
Dzulkefly highlighted a rise in the alert system for Covid-19 cases and reintroduction of test, report, isolate, inform, and seek (TRISS) system. It also looks like the daily Covid counts are back on once again.
Dzulkefly also put on the table MCOs and the reintroduction of MySejahtera, although mentioning they are not set to be implemented at this stage.
Why this one-dimensional concern for Covid-19?
Dzulkefly’s press conference has bumped the level of concern and fear up around Malaysia today. Many citizens are scared for their health, based upon the undue focus on Covid-19. Statistics show there should be much more concern for influenza and other respiratory diseases, which figures indicate are much more deadly in Malaysia than Covid-19.
In addition, with the number of coronary disease and death so high, Dzulkefly lost the opportunity to talk about general measures the community could take to strengthen their own immune systems. Vaccination appears to be the government’s prime strategy once again, ignoring many of the lessons of the last few years.
Here are some figures from the World Health Rankings. The information comes from the WHO, UN, World Bank, and CDC.
50 top causes of death in Malaysia
Malaysia is undergoing a concerning epidemic of Influenza and Pneumonia.
Maybe the real threats to Malaysians should be identified and acted upon.

As usual, our Angmoh white saviours are very confusing. Why is it of any importance our Fauci follows or not follow their esteemed wisdom, either way our politicians and bureaucrats can only make a mess of anything and everything as they are genetically blessed to. With our clueless, useless and worthless monkeys, people are, as usual, going to get killed.
There's more than that list of things seemingly more important than Covid our blessed or cursed healthcare geniuses are supposed to take care of, but, to be fair, like most countries else, those are rarely taken care of. For some countries especially like Bolehland road deaths cannot be prevented ever. We have an extraordinary number of people slaughtered on our roads. We cannot do anything about that because a big number of our so-called drivers are licensed to murder, and seemingly we cannot do anything about saving lives destroyed by our sh*t4brain "drivers".
Some of the things on the list cannot be dealt with because our politicians and bureaucrats are simply too stupid to understand priorities and their job to save lives.
In any case, we cannot expect our politicians and bureaucrats to know perhaps their job is about saving lives, you cannot expect the barely intelligent and half-awake to know that.
I am however on an additional drift. Why should we care about lives in Bolehland when we are supposed to understand it's jolly damn fine if we condone the genocidal slaughter of civilians in Palestine? Why not just let Bolehlanders die with Covid - and everything else? If our foreign saviours believe it's fine for a huge number of Palestinians to die because of the genocide of the Israeli Occupation Forces, what's the issue if we let Bolehlanders die just because of Covid?
Slaughter is slaughter, killing is killing even though the methods may be different. For what we know, Covid may be caused by biological weapons. For the West, the slaughter of Bolehlanders is no different from the slaughter of Palestinians. If the murdered does not have blond hair and blue eyes like Western reporters said of Ukrainians, then those with the wrong colours are not relevant to anything.
One way or another our politicians and bureaucrats are going to get us killed anyway. That's the only thing they are good at, just make sure we know who's going to make great money buying the vaxes. Our politicians and bureaucrats are from another dimension.
