First anniversary of continuous blocking by the MCMC
Its all an attempt to cover up dirty business dealings
Its now been a whole year since my site has been blocked by the MCMC. It was done without any notification, no reasons given. No replies to any of my enquiries.
My blocking has really been about covering up what is going in with MRCB. MRCB got the contract to demolish the stadium. How MRCB got his contract, the chairman of the MCMC doesn’t want people to know. Salim Fateh Din is also a director and shareholder of MRCB.
My blocking is a blatant abuse of power.
The Shah Alam stadium is being torn down for RM 53 million. Selangor is then committing RM 787 million to rebuild the stadium and immediate complex. According to the Selangor JKR the stadium could have been refurbished for RM 120 million.
MRCB and the MCMC doesn’t want anyone to question this.
Under the chairman of the MCMC Salim Fateh, its fair to use the police to intimidate anyone they don’t like and make false accusations against people, using the 3Rs as an excuse.
Some reports were made to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). MACC has done nothing. What a coincidence, Salim Fateh was also on the advisory board of the MACC previously.
Political appointees like Salim Fateh Din are using the MCMC as their personal tool to silence people he doesn’t like. This is corporate gangsterism at its worst.
The real criminal heads the MCMC.
Internet Censorship Update: Blocking of murrayhunter.substack.com website
23rd October 2023, the website of writer Murray Hunter, murrayhunter.substack.com was found to be blocked by Malaysian Internet Service Providers (ISPs) implementing what appears to be a Malaysia Communications and Multimedia (MCMC) mandated blocking of a website. This was confirmed by Sinar Project with test data measurements from Open Observervatory for Network Interference (OONI).
The website murrayhunter.substack.com was detected to be blocked following a report by the website owner on 22nd October. The website is a blog belonging to a researcher, Murray Hunter who does work on issues related to Asia-Pacific.Â
As of 7.00pm, data on OONI indicates that blocking occurred on networks run by at least 4 Internet Service Providers (ISPs) which redirected users to a server maintained by MCMC. This would have resulted in users facing difficulties in accessing the website. The ISPs are:
TM (AS4788)
Digi (AS4818)
Maxis (AS9534)
TIME (AS9930)
Users of these networks are unable to access the website unless they use methods to circumvent the censorship such as using a VPN or a different DNS resolver.
At the time of this report, there was no sign of confirmed blocking on U Mobile (AS38466), although data on OONI showed a number of failures during the testing.
Source: OONI ExplorerÂ
The data on OONI was collected through the OONI Probe App by Sinar Project and various volunteers. A confirmed blocking on OONI shows that there has been DNS blocking on the website whereby the DNS had been tampered to redirect to MCMC’s IP address: 175.139.142.25.Â
Until 23 November 2023, the website owner claimed that they did not receive any response from MCMC to unblock the website. This was also corroborated by data collected through OONI, a monitoring tool for internet censorship. As of today at 10.30am local time, the website continued to be inaccessible on the 4 Internet Service Providers (ISPs) as below:
TM (AS4788)
Digi (AS4818)
Maxis (AS9534)
TIME (AS9930)

I have been censored by:
1. While I am texting the app closes suddenly.
2. After I put it up a few minutes later it disappears.
3. I can't click the dialogue to post comments on YouTube short especially just before an election. You Tube app would close.
4. In the past my Mobile provider have believe it or not remove my data balance unlawfully. You complain and you get an endless fill in the dialogue form over and over again. Usually this happen when election are around the corner.
5. In TikTok, the take out my comments so often to discourage me from commenting. I know that my comments are not wrong in any way but just to stop me commenting in TikTok. TikTok which they consider to be the battle field is off limits to me if I make local especially political comments.
