If there is, for example, a fear of WhatsApp, Facebook, and the like, there's nothing better than to run Kelingniks where members of the gomen including the PM, can meet face to face to deal with problems, issues, questions the public has. You can go all over the country running Kelingniks. You could even end up reverting a Keling or two.
Control freakery is for losers. You've just got to love your citizens, show them trust and they will respect and trust you in return. Prying into their knickers drawers is not the right way to gain trust - or to run any gomen. If anything, that's the way of a perversed gomen, and it should be the public running surveillance software watching the gomen.
Is the gomen going to pay big money to run the Gestapo? I'm afraid we just don't have enough of the bright sparks to run what is effectively an intelligence outfit - simply put, we just don't have that many intelligent fellas around to even run the software side of things, let alone design programmes, analyse data etc etc before rounding up the wrong folks just to discover we've yet again fcuked things up. The citizens should have laws protecting them from the likely cockups of the gomen and its spying apparatus.
Best thing is to close the very unnecessary and very expensive spooky outfit, flog the software on Lelong, office chairs, tables, computers, electric shock gadgets etc etc and find the many things to do with the money which an honest gomen should to improve the welfare of the people.
Any change left after disbanding the Ministry of Surveillance and Censorship and paying off the usual middlemen for the software and tons of operating manuals should still buy a lot of MacDani nasi lemak and Anging Panas. And maybe some DarSa ayam goreng if it is still around and clucking about the "Type Cs"
Maybe we could flog the tall building to DarSa. They can name it after Britain's very spooky GCHQ - Glorious/Goreng Chicken Headquarter.The boss can also be called "M" for MacDani or Mullah or Malay. Just like in James Bond yarns. MacDos has its "Hamburger Universities", maybe the gomen can train the good folks of the public to snoop on each other and betray each other - Malaisesians are very good at those kinds of things, almost natural talent.
Go easy slagging off your neighbours etc on WhatsApp etc groups, if you really need to be fcuking nasty little kaypohs and backstabbers, then maybe you should apply for a spot inside that glistening building... Maybe you could be assigned the job of skydiving people off the tall building..!
A lot of fraud occurs via the telephone and the internet. The gomen is incapable of doing anything - or doesn't want to do anything, fraud of this types are highly profitable.
Why not enlist the assistance of IT experts to weed out the massive amount of scams all over the country and abroad operated by our criminals? Our criminals also run scams in other countries too.
Those working in the glistening building are put to better use closing down scams than chasing folks suspected of saying (or not saying) naughty things about the gomen.
