Your writing itself is a contribution to rape culture.

"A 21 year old ustaz was charged for allegedly having oral sex with a 14 year old boy." - Adults don't HAVE SEX with children, they RAPE children. Using the words "have sex" implies consent from both parties. Children cannot consent and thus this is statutory rape. This should be written as "The ustaz performed oral sex on a boy" or "The ustaz forced a boy to perform oral sex on him". Key word "FORCED", not consent.

"Homosexuality carries with it, even if groomed or forced, a stigma." - There is no such thing as groomed homosexuality. That implies the victim consented. You can state it as "Victims who were sodomised". Key word "VICTIM", not consent.

Using words that imply consent from children or rape victims is to normalise rape culture and teaches readers to do the same.
