Why the author of this Al Jazeera report with Sirul Azahar and the NGO's behind the conspiracy to destabilze Malaysia through its former Prime Minister Najib Razak should never be believed:

Sirul so much as admitted to having killed Altantuya. The prosecution used the "cut throat" approach whereby Sirul and his co defendant were charged separately in the same trial tempting (or compeling) one defendant to implicate the other in the in the trial.

Sirul claimed the "devil made me do it" defence but never denied the allegation.

At this juncture, I will draw attention to the interviewer who has been at the core of this matter, doggedly pursuing all sorts scurrilous angles to the story to make it appear that the object of her pursuits, DS Najib is guilty of Altantuya's murder.

She has made numerous unfounded allegations against DS Najib without a scintilla of admissable evidence other than "so many people are saying he did it" (referring to DS Najib) to back her allegations. This is not about Sirul or Malaysia as such It is about Regime Change which funds people like Mary and others like her (Linton Besser) to bring down governments that do not tow the US line in Asia, Europe Latin America and Africa. They do it for money, not for any altruistic motive or love of their profession.

Mary (thats her name) the interviewer, has been on the open societies payroll at the SBS and Al Jazeera where she strings on this particular matter (Altantuya and the anti Najib campaign) as she has for some time now.

She has a particular view of DS Najib, Malaysia's former Prime Minister, and will not depart from it regardless of the evidence that is presented to her to prove the contrary. So much for her impartiality, forensic abilities and the ability to remain detached on a story. (Never let the truth get in the way of a good story) .

Sirul did not get orders from Najib or his wife as he implies in this interview. He says his superior (meaning his co accused) gave him the orders saying it was from someone higher up ostenibly meaning DS Najib. Even if the orders did come from a third party, he is as guilty as charged unless of course he can identify that "higher up" party as being DS Najib who ordered him to kill Altantuya. Sirul relied on hearsay to kill Altantuya.

Altantuya wasa no interpreter. The French do not need interpreters from Mongolia. To suggest a Mongolian prostutitute, which is what Antantuya was, without a proper command of the Malay or English language would translate from Malay or English to French is to stretch credibility into the stratosphere.

This was a high level defence contract. It is being suggested that a world power, as France is, would not have done their background checks on a prostitute from a Russia friendly country (Mongolia) to come to meetings dealing with sensitive defence maatters as an interpreter?

Sirul knows who he was working for. For both Sirul and Mary to suggest the finding against him was somehow tainted by a court controlled by DS Najib suggests a level of corruption by interference. And that is probably true of the courts today under Anwar and under Mahathir before him. Malaysia's courts and its legal profession are the best "Money can buy". Corrupted to the core.

The point is this. The two, Mary and Sirul prepared to accept the finding of the Court of appeal that discharged Sirul as being valid to his claim of innocence, is selective reporting and selective claims to innocence by Sirul.

After all the courts are corrupted or corruptible in Malaysia aren't they? There is far more to this than meets the eye. And the two at the centre of these allegations in this story, Mary and Sirul are being economic with the truth. Mary was leading a compliant Sirul all along. She was literally suggesting responsses to the questions she put to him. This too without us knowing what went on between Sirul and Mary prior to the interview and during the breaks in between.

A photo of Altantuya and Najib in Singapore or Paris was circulated in the media for a while at the height of allegations against Najib over the death of Altantuya. The man who created that shot, a doctored photo, a Malaysian Chinese MP admitted to being the author of that shopped photo. It was a part of that sinister open societies Regime Change campaign against DS Najib and the MP admitted as much to a Malaysian blogger.

Two other points to note: A British trained Australian doctor, a forensic expert, examined Altantuya's remains and concluded she was neither pregnant nor was she shot at the rubber plantation as claimed by Sirul at trial. She was killed somewhere else before her lifeless body was taken to a place in Kelang to be blown up.

The sensationalism added to the story makes it sound more cruel than it was. "Pregnant", "Begged for her unborn child to be spared" and blowing it up with "Military Grade Explosives" are all adjectivees that make the deed look worse than it was.

Balasumbramaniam the now deceased former Special Branch Corporal (who was Razak Baginda's bodyguard) weaved another story. A complete falsehood in an attempt to blackmail DS Najib and others reputedly involved in this saga. Balasubramaniam was also on the payroll of the National Endowmeent for Demcoracy (the NED) and Regime Change operatives in Malaysia. Many of these from the Malaysian Bar.

Last but not least of all, the Sikh/ English lawyer Siddhu is a man who has from the outset been a part of Regime Change groups in Malaysia seeking to oust DS Najib and a Malay majority government in Malaysia.

He is about as credible as that prvoverbial "rat with a gold tooth". Siddhu has lied before and changed his story on this matter. As well he should have been called as a witnesss in Sirul's and Balasubramaniam's case. Siddhu having revealed evidence in breach of lawyer client confidentiality about matters confidential to his client and without his client' s consent or authority.

Sidhu like many at the Malaysian Bar love the media. And a little research Mary could have enlightened herself to the trap she was creating for others which she now appears to have fallen into herself.

Siddhu admits to having doctored a Statutory Declaration by Balasubramaniam (and onother victim) parading the document as irrefutable evidence to support not Balasubramaniam's but Siddhus own allegations channeling Balasubramniam about DS Najib's alleged involvement in the offences, till that fraud by Siddhu was brought to light, a matter the Malaysian Bar did not wish to investigate.

All conjecture, may hit the mark, may not hit the mark, you get the same genius from the kopitiams to embellish your feed of pork chop...

But do expand on the "Malaysian Chinese MP", he must have a name, but what's the relevance of the "Chinese" in his "description"?

Have to say it appears to be just the typical cheap wayang drama you get plenty of in Malaysia and from Malaysians who need make things and their lives more complicated.

Fer Allah and Satan's sakes our sorry copper is a hitman and a freaking murderer, he's admitted as much. If he's not, he's not helped his case one bit by continuing to be just like another of our large crop of bent coppers, the video shows him up as a sneaky and shifty operative not repentant at all, all the while saying but not saying and leading the audience into imagining what he's not saying as what he may be saying.

A human worth his belacan would right at the start cough up everything, damn all, speak the truth so Allah, Satan, and the neighbour's dead cat help him. He's in Oz and even in a prison for a while where no hitman had come for his since portly lump of fat, why put on a fcuking show he may not remain in his Ozzie paradise, all he needs say is Mr XYZ, etc would snuff him if he's made to return to his sh*thole country, and he'd be saved from being strung up and become a swinger off a rope. Australia may even hire him to train it's special forces in massacring innocent civilians in the next Afghanistan.

Frankly, all the players in the bigger drama he named and even not named should be summarily strung up, all come across as just as shifty, suspicious, and guilty, wtf. Even the kangaroos in the courts should be hauled up to face another bunch of err kangaroos.

To stop Oz from having to decipher his puzzle to decide anything over our copper fella's fate, Oz should just dump him back on us. While Australia send its troops to foreign parts to murder innocents and when Abo- and other bashing is still a sport, it won't look all that great and good giving a damn about just another thick brown and fat glorified "Abo", there's some quarters in Oz rightly concerned Hitman killed a Mongolian "interpreter", good grief, even with a finishing touch using "military grade" explosive, wtf!

If Hitman is at any point repentant, he should have given his huge reward money to the poor family of the "interpreter". Instead, the thick Hitman blabbers on me me me, my life, my son, my daughter.. wtf, put me off about heroic supremacy, ketuanan, Islam and telling the truth, blah blah, wtf, such a weak, devious character!

Btw, it's intriguing how that obese gumshoe Bala got into our bit of Bollywood, he would strike anyone outside any freaking plantation as suspicious, how he strangely and conveniently surfaced in the drama at the right time. Even his untimely or maybe timely death is fishy and stinky. He appeared a plant, a giant cabbage bought to give the impression he had "the" story to tell all - or just those crappy partisan media of ours. The "detective's" un/timely death should be investigated thoroughly. Maybe someone spiked his pile of greasy chapati, wtf, both side and more sides may want Bala dead. He may even have been going to all sides to raise his stakes, cook up a story for the most money or betray any side for another fat lump chump. Or, as usual, he faced the famous Malaysian stab in the back and in the front, nobody wanted to give any money. I seem to remember after he kicked the bucket, his widow had problems getting any promised money.

The moral of the story for the moron in the story is don't play any silly game or games with any or all of the bastards known and even unknown in the story. None of our bastards is worth your sliver of bacon, tell the truth and be damned. At least you'll sleep peacefully and so will the whole of Mongolia and Malaysia. And Allahmighty may even show you mercy, Sirul, ma man!

Someone wants to make sure sirul dont tell.however, he told his mother and she met tun m and likely tun knows who ordered sirul to take out altantuya. Sirul also is worried being in camberra, a hitmen is also ready to take him out. It may not be razak baginda or datin seri rosmah.

If the malaysian court sentence down sirul to a prison time, then australia will be bound to extradite sirul to malaysia. Sirul will be taken out in malaysian prison for sure.
