Unique to Malaysia, its national school system, breeds mediocrity, encourages mediocrity right up to tertiary education and continues with its self deception through to post graduate learning. Thus you have hundreds of degrees bestowed on underserving people with a particular skin colour, all of whom think that the letters before and after their names make them ketuanan. Those who know better, only a small group, call these recipients of additional letters, 'kangkong doctorates'. Malay society, not Malaysian society, is filled to the brim with such incompetent, stupid and unteachable dumbos. Malaysia has reached the point where further addition to the septic mess will cause an overflow of shit. When this happens, more smart Malaysians will leave for smarter shores.

Too true.

I had an experience crossing swords with a cock sure "professor" of psychology with a name "Damo" or something like that from the University of Malaya. We met at RPK's site where he was boasting about his paper on the Malays as the "original" people in Malaya as read and "well-received" by who he made up was an "international audience".

I asked the "professor" who was that audience, name some names from that audience and name some universities. He didn't do that but instead turned abusive, belittling, shifty, and arrogant. He criticised me without finding out where I stood, assumed I was a fan of the "bawana". I took that to mean the African for "bwana". The "professor" was selling the academic prowess of the "superior" race and he was derogatory about anything "Western" and anyone he assumed "westernised".

The level of English of the esteemed being was simply atrocious, the enlightened monkey of ketuanan challenged me on whether I knew what "hypothesis" meant, I had to correct him over his fcuking poor English he meant "hypotheses"... I asked him for some titles of his academic work, he pointed me to his fcuking childish website where it opened with photos of the distinguished "professor" grovelling beside the subcontinental Mamakthir, salivating to scuked his dcik.

I asked for the bibliography for the paper he supposedly presented to the "international audience", the monkey cited six sources, two unknown Malay names and four "bawanas" Western ones. Of the four "bawana" works, three were coffee table books...

Another encounter was with a "professor" from the Islamic University, with a "Tengku" title. She glossed over her paper read to a Sarawak audience with a remark claiming the Malays came with an entourage from Africa with the "Queen of Sheba". After her presentation, I asked her for the source /s (better, halal sauces) of her claim, she became evasive and defensive. After attempting too to be belittling and mildly abusive, her bunch of fawning tit scukers dragged her away.

These are just two examples of what most of Bolehland's academic monkeys are like. They always want to "exchange papers" but never come up with any of theirs. Next door in Singapore the academics always behave in exemplary manner, some would invite you to their office whereupon they would give you their papers.

Malaysia is completely filled up with utterly fcuked-up specimens of poorly and badly "educated" wonders, both students and their "professors". You can't be far wrong if you are convinced these monkeys are failed kampong comedians.

I would be careful with that "people with a particular skin colour". Some "Malays" do have fair skin tone, I'm not talking about those who apply stuff to bleach themselves whiter, there's an obsession with such even among those religious.

There's a strong possibility there are differences among the the "Malays" with blanket term for the disparate "race" across a wide region. Many tribal folks do not want to identify as "Malays". I don't blame these folks as Malayan "Malays" think they are the center of the "Malay" universe.

I've come across "Malays" who do not want to be identified as "Malays". "Malays" who are too ready to tell you one of their parents "is Chinese/Indian". Natives of Sarawak and Sabah get really pissed off when you think they are "Malay"... All while the ketuanan type bask in their glorious delusion of theit "superiority", every "Malay" else wants to steer clear of the bunch actually drowned in gross inferiority complex, and are forever thumping their hollow chests to appear almighty "superior".

And just fancy their academics spending a huge load of their energy and time adding too much MSG cooking that nonsensical myth they were "the first" in Malaya. And "the first" we should go to for their invention of their Creation myth, Ugh Ugh, and WTF!

Long ago, some Asian and a few Western educators pointed out it was problematic transferring Western concepts and practices in management to Asians. Western educators mostly dumped their ware wholesale and in the tradition that Asians must adapt and be baptised in the Western way, then the "only way".

It took the success of China, stubborn in its own ways to show most of Western ideas in management much worshipped or accepted without, yes, "critical thinking" was a grand pile of bollocks.

When China opened up, many Western management educators beat a path to China. Within a couple of years, except for the free courses (eg Western business schools paid for by Western gomen, industry and businesses), China was (rightly) adamant about going it's own way in management education. Today, Chinese management education and research, suited to its own realities, are thriving.

Many Western educators think they know Asia and Asians, but they don't. There was a time when most Asian students (and the usual monkeys) would bang their foreheads on the ground to the Western colonial massahs and accept their glass beads as gems. Since about a couple decades ago, more and more Asian educators (except those in, like, pitiful Bolehland) have been seeing through the shoddy rubbish that Western management educators are.

Those Western management educators, mostly with quantitative skills and subjects don't need to look to Asia to make a living, they are paid better in the West. And they don't need to collect their data and build some kind of "specialist" career in the East, competent researchers and go-fors exist in Asia for a while now. Ok, not in fcuking Bolehland where educators, "professors" are freaking waste of time, can't answer half a question without shaming themselves and country.

Aye, business education is freaking good money. And I'm only talking about in the West.

Btw, even "sophisticated" Singapore with its "astute" politicians got shagged stupid by that Richard Branson when they got over-impressed by the propaganda about him. None of the ventures with the clown worked out and cost Singapore a bundle.

And just imagine, Singapore was so lacking in self-confidence and wit the country hired de Bono to teach "thinking"! What a joke! All what those Singapore banana Angmoh worshipping monkeys had to do was to turn to its towkays who not only are mostly uneducated but built huge webs of empires which few knows about, and certainly not the big names in Western management, but are bigger than many Western corporations.

For those who like a bit of tittilation, here's one for your "critical thinking", devious towkay thinking, bomoh science - or CIA school of analysis: Is it not possible that with its "known" trillions, China has some further three to five more trillions quietly stashed away?
