The Chinese of Sarawak and Sabah do not speak for the majority of the indigenous (real) people of Sarawak. Th Chinese settlers in all of South East Asia have appropriated to themselves the 'rights' of others and the 'right' and a presumed 'authority' to speak for the entire state.
They are not endowed with any of these presumed 'rights' or the 'authority' either lawful or moral nor a mandate to speak for the people of Sarawak and Sabah.
When the Chinese of Sabah and Sarawak talk of the "suffering" of any peoples they mean the denial of their claims to privileges to plunder for themselves what they see as their exclusive rights to natural resources and assets of the state, including the right to exploit the native peoples of the state. And the word suffering is often only used in context of the denial of their privileges to exercise their ruthless exlploitative tendencies against natives, indigenous peoples and the state itself.
This is the reason all of ASEAN (except for Singapore and Malaysia) have banned Chinese vernacular schools, their religious cultural icons, symbols and language throughout ASEAN on the pain of criminal punishment.
The South East Asian Chinese are no diferent of the mainland Chinese. They become a state within a state and live and prosper to the exclusion of their hosts.
They must be stopped at all costs. Now the Malays know why other countries in the region and abroad detest Chinese migrants. They are like locusts and a cancer to any society gracious enough to give them shelter and succour. An ungrateful lot they are.
Long live Mahathir and his achievements for the Malays and Malaysians.
It's exactly such thinking that has become our malaise. The writer has ignored the injustices and excesses of the Bumis in favour for racial overtones as all politicians do. The Bumi Elites both in East n West Malaysia have continued to deprive the nation of it's rightful share. Yes, they were n are still being abetter by the Chinese. But the difference lies in the powers vested in the Bumis to make the difference - sadly they won't. To the Chinese, it's business and survival. Unfortunately, since TDM, it's same old same old! Like the saying goes" Don't point your finger to others as 4 of your fingers are pointing back at you"
When you say "our malaise" who do you refer to? The Chinese who hold you on a leash? "The writer has ignored the injustices and excesses of the Bumis in favour of racial overtones as all politicians do". What a load of crock!.
What injustices? Name me one country anywhere where injustices have not arisen in one form or the other either against individuals or groups of people? injustices by who against who you fail to say but try to cover up your pallid generalizations by blaming the Bumis for Chinese disappointments in grabbing everything for themselves leaving nothing of value in their wake for the others.
Malaysia has a legal system flawed to the core by Chinese funded corruption. It is good when it dies out relief that suits the Chinese and foreign funde NGO'. At least it has a legal system. Seek justice and relief from it instead of promoting separatist ideologies.
The Bumis gave the ungrateful and avaracious Chinaman a home in Malaysia (including Sarawak and Sabah) when his own people rejected him and for good reason too.
That the Chinese (who rope in everyone else except the Malays of the federation into their equation and causes) feel frustrated and 'marginalized' because they have not managed to strangle the Malay of today unlike the Malay of Tunku Abdul Rahman's time is something to celebrate.
This is a complaint of the nature of the British ex servicemens complaints when LKY sent them marching back to the UK from Singapore. Many were in fact either born there during the British occupation of Singapore and had families deeply rooted in Singapore. But the rules and plans for the state by its majority took priority over the migrants claims to someone elses land.
The Malays owe nothing to others who owe their alligience to foreign cultures and countries like the Chinese and Indians do.
The Malays in this context includes the Dayaks, Kadazans, Muruts and host of other Malay peoples in the states of Borneo.
Harmony and racial unity comes only second to national identity. Once the Chinese can identify themselves as Malaysians fully immersed in the culture and way of life complete with allegiance to the country its raja raja Melayu and its laws, they will remain foreignersThey will be accepted as equals if they act as equals considering everyone elses rights which are not th same as the ones the Chinese claim to themselves.
If they don't like Malaysia and the Malays with warts and all, let them try the US, Canada and Australia or better still the freedoms and rights they will receive in China where they feel they belong and associate themselves with. Leave an imperfect Malaysia and its imperfect Malays alone. Separatism and Separatist ideology must be crushed at the very foundations of such ideas.
Why talk about other countries? Talk about our country - Malaysia. No need to gaslight! For Malaysia to progress, we need everyone on board. Malaysia needs a needs based system. Not a system where in the guise of helping the Malays, the ruling class sakau everything leaving bones for others! I and my Malay friends do plenty of charity work to help poor Malays. No assistance reach them. Whilst it's great to be whacking the very Chinese, who by the way pay the majority of the taxes. Call a spade a spade.

Everyone knows Mahathir sees Sabah and Sarawak as ATMs. He has no love for two states that he could not control 100% directly.
We recall his Project M in his effort to Malayanise Sabah.
Mahathir is shameless and to hope or expect him to apologise for all the vile things he had done during his premiership, is to hope that pigs can fly.
I spit on him and if given the chance, I will spit on his grave when he dies which should not be too long now.
The chinese naval ships are coming.soon they will be part of PRC.🇨🇳🇨🇳🇨🇳
