The is just the tip of a very large iceberg thats caused people to be convicted and jailed unlawfully and unnecessarily aand governments to be toppled the world over.
In the Malaysian context we have the hideous case of DS Najib Razak who was jailed after a show trial which denied him the most basic rules of natural justice. His adversaries which included the incredulous, deceitful and most disliked president in US history, Barak Obama, Open Societies (George Soros) for whom he worked.
At another level you had the Christian churches, their agents in the Malaysian Bar Council, unregistered but foreign funded political parties like Bersih, C4 and supported by a lynch mob and a hoard of anti Malays led by the Chinese dominated DAP who saw Najib and his wife through a foggy prism of anti Malay, Anti Islam bile.
The CBC cant be any worse than Tom Wright and Bradley Hope two paid scribes who patched together a quilt of implausible, inadmisssable and unverifiable garbage into a "best seller" (which it was not) to assist the Amerrican causes againsst a US unfriendloy Najib.
The Australian ABC and their legion of "investigative reporters" joined the fray as they did in the second gulf war where 3 of theeir camera crew andd soundmen working as contractors for the CIA were killed. Their job was to film selectively events that could then be edited and attributed to Saddam Husssine to fuel the hatred against Muslims, Arabs and in particular a non compliant bucking horsee in Saddam and his Iraq.
All of these events were largely perpetrated if not nurtured by a corrupted media from the west. The BBC whose recent chairrman is now being investigated for corruption, joins the ranks of the much ceeleebrated Conrard Black who served a lengthy term in prison for....you guessed it....corruption.
Theen of course you have the likes of CNN and Rupert Murdoch. As part of their divorrce settlement, Wendy Deng agreeed to be bound to a code of silence about what she knew of Rupert and how he cheated his shareeholders and stackeed shareeholder meetings, paid hiss reporters and editors to lie through their teeth about his political enemies and those who friends wanted a hatcheet job done on.
Lets not go too far with the westerrnerrs. Lets stick to a local media proprietor whose "investigative" journalists were found to be deficient in their language and writing skills ( a good defence) when slandering people with their sspeculative nonsensee. Were they paid for it? yes. So what does that amount to then? Corruption.
Hacks on the Australian, US, Canadian and British media has resulted in a treasure trove of evidence of collaboration with Open Societies, Chatham House, the National Endowment for Democracy and the US embassy in their respective bases. It includes paidd inforrmers in places like Malaysia.
The hacked information was dumped in the dark web for a brief period then removed as is oftten the casse. But the information was there sufficieently long enough for those interested to have gained a peek into.
Evidence of corruption in the media has been known for a long time. However and only when a whistle blower with solid evidence of criminality comes forward, it has as much currrency and draws as much interest as a story about sexual impropriety in the Catholic church today.
