Putting that amount of money into the hands of oligarchs is dangeros. Especially when the wealth and the resources of those two states were raped and pillaged by pivate families of the UK (the White Rajahs) and later by their baggage boys the Chinese.

Malaysia paid a heavy rice in defending these states against Indonesian aggression first then against Filipino aggressors.

Every state must contribute to the central coffers for the benefit of all other states that comprise the Malaysian state.

Anwar may find himself soon in the cross hairs of the Sultan of Brunei whose owns ecurity is threatened by this destabilization of Borneo.

"and later by their baggage boys the Chinese"

Gopher Chicken Korma, you seem totally ignorant of the history of the Borneo states, your revisionist "alternative history" hides the truth the "baggage boys" were in fact the Malays - some of whom were also used for buggery by the raving homo "White Rajs". The most famous of these backsides was one Baharuddin.

As for "the Sultan of Brunei whose owns ecurity is threatened by this destabilization of Borneo", you are also totally ignorant of the historical bond between the sultanate and China, the Brunei sultanate can always look to China for its security. And China is heavily invested in Brunei.

The father of the sultan is buried in China. And Brunei never says nothing about China being just minutes away from the Brunei coastline.

For an ignorant niggah monkey like you, the Sulu Sultanate has very close relationship with China too. That should worry an insignificant hysterical monkey like you!
