Najib should not go down alone. He should go down with the corrupt ministers around him. He should go down with the corrupt ministers before him. When the corrupt ministers before and around him go to jail, and Najib doesn't go down alone, then justice would have been served to the long-suffering Malaysian people.
I as an outsider who visits Malaysia often I have to say it is incredible at many levels: how can a large group of people who are presumably not wealthy, give support to such an immensely corrupt Crime Sinister who robbed the nation and is amongst the most corrupt in world history? It’s incomprehensible. Can someone explain it to me? It sends a message to the world that the Malay people are either ignorant beyond belief, or endorse the worst ethics in flagrant violation of every Islamic principle. Either way a terrible message. As a Muslim I still remember the embarrassment I felt for Malays in front of the entire Muslim world and beyond when so many of them came out to condemn the use of God’s name in Arabic, Allah, as if it was only Muslims who can call God by His Name when all Arabs whether Muslim, Christian, Jewish or other, obviously from time immemorial have used their own Arabic language to say Allah and not one Muslim has ever condemned them for that as it’d be the greatest insanity or the height of ignorance. What’s wrong with the Great Malay people these days? I hope this is really a small ignorant minority and that the good and conscientious Malay Muslims and ordinary people across Malaysia condemn that and insist that Najib be jailed for life without comforts because any citizen without a position of responsibility who steals one millionth of what he stole goes to jail. As he is a Muslim he is actually a Kafir not just a hypocrite and his punishment should be worse. A Kafir is one who knows the truth and conceals it. Not a mere “disbeliever” as is commonly held. Even if he were to claim he’s a Muslim the obligatory punishment for him for theft without justification, is to have his hand and foot cut off. That’s the minimum. For the magnitude of his crimes and abuse of power under Sharia and indeed any just system, he warrants the death penalty. If Malay royalty pardon him they’d be just as bad if not worse. If that doesn’t spark mass uprising and revolution then there’s no saving Malaysia.
1. Submit to justice, go to jail, repent for his sins, and ask for forgiveness from God.
2. Play his dirty tricks, ask for pardon, and come under the wrath of God for himself and his family and the one who pardons him. His supporters are already punished with stupidity.
I think to be fair, if Najib is to go down he should not go down alone. Mahathir, Daim, Zahid, Azmin Ali, Rafidah, Samy Vellu, Mahyaddin, Zuraidah, hell most of the hundreds of corrupt ministers Malaysia's ever had should also go to jail.
They all need trials. If one by one that’s ok. It didn’t exonerate Najib deserving the death sentence. Otherwise every criminal can use the justification that other criminals aren’t punished so you have no right to punish me. Not saying that’s not the case but it can’t be had both ways.
What I'm saying is they don't seem to be going after the rest and Najib conveniently simply because the 1mdb thing has been too high profile to ignore and it's to placate the rakyat. Mark my words, it will be highly unlikely most of the rest will ever be prosecuted.

Najib only has two options:
1. Submit to justice, go to jail, repent for his sins, and ask for forgiveness from God.
2. Play his dirty tricks, ask for pardon, and come under the wrath of God for himself and his family and the one who pardons him. His supporters are already punished with stupidity.

Sadly, I agree. Not for no reason the slogan “Malaysia boleh” there’s laws only for the masses.
